Orders within India are dispatched through insured, trackable logistics partners. Delivery timelines are confirmed with each quotation and typically range from 3–7 business days after final inspection and dispatch.

International Shipping
Export shipments are sent with full commercial documentation, customs invoices and insured courier or freight services. We work with trusted international carriers and can arrange door-to-door delivery under agreed Incoterms.
Packaging & Insurance
Every shipment is packed in tamper-evident, discreet packaging with internal cushioning designed for jewellery. Transit insurance is included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, clients receive tracking details and estimated delivery windows. A signature or authorized receipt is required at delivery. Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting the shipment.
Delays & Customs
While we do our best to meet quoted timelines, customs clearance, weather events or carrier delays are outside our control. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, we will file the insurance claim and work with you to replace or rework the affected pieces as quickly as possible.
